Good news for people who like to eat snacks and want to have a god health by still eating snacks. Now a day people have higher risk to become obese and heart disease. One of the problem is people eat food that has high cholesterol. Especially for people who like to eat snacks between meals, it is a good way to increase the amount of cholesterol in blood system.
Here are list of some snacks that will help lower cholesterol
Apple: eating two apples by not peel them a day can slow down the oxidation of LDL cholesterol and help prevent plaque buildup.
Nuts and seeds: like sunflower seeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds and a lot more help reduce LDL, but dot eat it too much, stay at limit like one ounce or ¼ cup
Oat bran: important source of water soluble fiber. It good for your heart
Grapefruit: it is a powerful LDL buster. But careful don’t eat too much
